The summer school will start with a sponsored welcome reception (food and beverages) on the evening of Tuesday September 13th.
We will visit the renowned Rothaus brewery by bus (~45 min drive), passing by the beautiful Schluchsee lake on our way.
After a guided tour of the brewery Black forest food will be served accompanied by beer tasting.
The most famous beer from Rothaus brewery is the "Tannenzäpfle", which coarsely translates into "pine cone". You will also learn why this woman’s name is Birgit :-).
